Execution History Persistence Settings
Boomi's Extended Process Reporting feature retains data for 18 months, but you might need to retain data for longer periods of time for compliance or regulatory purposes. Execution history archive provides long-term execution data access and storage beyond the limits of standard archiving. Daily zips are stored on the runtime's file system or a remote file system that you specify in the runtime settings.
Execution history archive can be enabled only on clusters.
Contact your account manager to request access to this feature. You must also have access to Extended Process Reporting to use the execution history archive.
Limitations
- After execution history archive is enabled, the archived execution data will remain on the runtime unless it is manually removed
- Process executions with a duration over 48 hours that start after the feature is enabled on the runtime will not be archived
- You cannot search archived execution data and normal execution data simultaneously
- You can only search archived execution data for one runtime at a time
Enable execution history archive
-
In Runtime Management (Manage > Runtime Management), select the cluster for which you want to enable the execution history archive.
-
Under Settings & Configuration, click Execution History Persistence Settings.

Select the Enable Execution History Persistence checkbox and then configure the following:
- Directory Path - The directory path is where execution history archives are stored. Use an absolute path to store archives at a specific location or a relative path to store them relative to the runtime's base directory. The default path is
